The NCPD Traffic Division is currently staffed with one Sergeant, three motor officers, and a serious traffic offender program coordinator. The Traffic Division conducts traffic enforcement, parking enforcement, abatement of nuisance vehicles, and investigates all serious injury and fatal collisions in the City. The Traffic Division conducts DUI enforcement and works closely with the City’s traffic engineers to address traffic-related problems on a continuous basis.
